FOR ALL RENTALS
Service Contract can be voided at Pics4kix discretion for reasonable conditions where people are in harms way or in a hostile environment, etc. (ie: inclement weather, extreme emergencies, etc.); a full refund will be provided to customer.
Conditions are subject to change without notice.
FOR PHOTO BOOTH RENTALS
Photo Booth Service Period
Pics4kix will arrive at least 1 hour before rental service is scheduled in order to begin set up; unless another time is requested by customer (additional cost may apply for excessive lag/wait time). Pics4kix will have photo booth operational 95% of the paid period; Other periods are for occasional maintenance and attendant rest room breaks.
Photo Booth Payments
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50 is due when contract is signed. Deposit is not transferable to other rentals and cannot be applied to another service contract.
The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. If a rental service is requested with less than 14 days prior to the event, the entire total payment is due when service contract (invoice) is signed.
Forms of payment are major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe and Cash App. Rental time past the service agreed End Time will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour ( average rate is $150 per hour) and will be charged to the payment method on this contract unless the customer informs Pics4kix of another form of payment.
Photo Booth Date Changes and Cancellations
Date change of rental must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original event date. Change is subject to Pics4kix availability and a new service contract. The $50 deposit is not refundable and not transferable.
Cancelation scenario #1: Deposit is paid; Rental Balance is still due and service contract is cancelled (not changed)…

Cancelation scenario #2: Deposit is paid; Rental Balance is paid more than 14 days prior to Customer’s event, and service contract is canceled (not changed)…
A refund of the Rental Balance is returned to the Customer.

Cancelation scenario #3: Deposit is paid; Rental Balance is paid on or after 14 days prior to event, and service contract is canceled (not changed)…
The Customer forfeits entire payments given to Pics4kix.

Rental Access, Space and Power Requirements
Before rental service is performed, Customer will give Pics4kix information to locate/access building, floor and parking. Customer is responsible to provide suitable space for Photo Booth set up; Pics4kix Representative will refer to customer for designated set up area for Photo Booth. The customer is also responsible (especially for outdoor events) for ensuring access to a power source with minimum voltage, 110V, 5 amps, and 3 prong outlet.
Internet and Wi-Fi
Customer is responsible to ensure there is adequate cell phone reception at rental location. If internet and Wi-Fi is inadequate or unavailable, the customer understands that Pics4kix may not be able to offer text messaging in order to party with social media platforms. There is no refund to the customer if internet/Wi-FI reception is inadequate or not available. In some cases Pics4kix can gain internet/Wi-Fi access via Personal Hotspot; this however, is not a guarantee.
Photo Booth Damage
Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage, theft or loss to Pics4kix Photo Booth equipment or supplies caused by accidental mishaps or misuse from the customer, their guest, or event staff.
Customer understand and agrees to the following:
1. Customer will indemnify Pics4kix against any and all liability related to the Customer’s event during or after the Customer’s event.
2. Customer will indemnify Pics4kix against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken by Pics4Kix Photo Booth or its Representatives.
Photo Booth Picture Release
Customer event pictures can be used for Pics4kix marketing or promotional materials. Pictures used by Pics4kix can be immediately removed from any marketing platform at customer’s request. If Pics4kix ask customer directly to use pictures, and the customer agrees Pics4kix can use said pictures, the pictures used become the property of Pics4kix. In all scenario of Pics4kix using event pictures, Customer further agrees that they and all guest in these pictures, give Pics4kix the right and permission to use pictures for promotion, media, advertising, trade, or any other Pics4kix marketing purpose. Customer also releases Pics4kix from all liability that may occur in the promotional use of these pictures, as well as but not limited to any claims of invasion of privacy.
Children under 14 years of age, can participate in photo booth services with adult supervision.
FOR ALL OTHER RENTALS
Terms below relates only to Throne Chair rental
Pics4kix will deliver and pick up per agreed date and time.
Pics4kix does not accept deposit for chair rentals.
Total Rental Fee (chair rental includes delivery), Credit Card convenient fee, Sales tax) must be paid in full at contract signing.
A signed service contract, credit card pre-authorization form and a copy of Driver’s License, are required in order to reserve chair(s).
Forms of payment are major credit/debit cards and credit card via PayPal. Customer agrees to have their credit/debit card remain on file until 24 hours after chair(s) is picked up and inspected.
In most cases, delivery cost will be built into the rental cost, if not, the delivery cost will be communicated to customer and clearly shown on the final invoice.
Scheduled Delivery Time
Although delays and changes in the schedule may arise, Pics4kix will make every effort to accommodate Customer’s requested delivery time or immediately communicate delivery changes to Customer.
Date Changes and Cancellations
Request for Change. Date change of rental must be requested at least 10 days prior to the original delivery date. Requested change for new date is subject to Pics4kix availability and a new service contract.

Total Rental fee paid is forfeited. Rental fees paid are non-transferable.
Rental Access, Space
Before rental delivery, Customer will give Pics4kix, information to locate/access building, floor, and designate a suitable space to place rental chair(s). Pics4kix Representative do not stage/set up rentals. Customer is responsible for having the chair easily accessible and ready for pick up on designated pick up date and time.
Rental Chair Condition at delivery
Pics4kix routinely inspects and clean chairs to deliver the best rental product to our Customers. Chairs delivered to our Customers are in excellent condition, safe for its intended use, and free from defects to Pics4kix best knowledge.
Damage and Customer Chair Handling
Customer is responsible for all chair(s) from the time of receipt to the time of return to Pics4kix Representative. Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage, theft or loss to Pics4kix rental chair(s) caused by accidental mishaps or misuse by the customer, their guest, or event staff. Customer is responsible for chair(s) if broken, dirty, stained, damage, lost, or stolen. If any chair(s) become unsafe for use, Customer agrees to discontinue use of such chair(s) and IMMEDIATELY notify Pics4kix (678-249-0848 or email@example.com), who will replace the chair(s) (if possible) with a similar chair(s) in good condition. Customer’s credit card/method of payment on file will be charged for chair(s) returned dirty or altered from its original state upon delivery.
CUSTOMERS, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN CHAIRS IF STAINED WHILE IN YOUR PROCESSION! Pics4kix will attempt to clean all stains as a result of normal use during an event; there is no charge for this cleaning. Customer will be charged for cleaning, repairs, and possibly and loss of service due to excess stain or damage to chair(s) while in Customer’s possession.
Customer is prohibited from moving Pics4kix rental chair(s) from delivery address to another address without permission from Pics4kix.
Customers credit/debit card on file will be charged the daily rental fee for failure to have chair(s) available for pickup on designated pick up date and time.
Customer will prepare chair(s) for pick up in the same manner it was delivered.
Customer acknowledge that Pics4kix may pursue collection for all unpaid amounts including collection fees, interest, and attorney fees due to rental chairs not returned or damaged.
Customer understands and agrees to indemnify Pics4kix against any and all liability (including Pics4kix alleged negligence) related to personal injury, loss of income for themselves, guest or event staff while using, moving or positioning rental chair(s).

We collect personal information provided to us via our website or over the phone for the sole purpose of fulfilling rental services provided by us. We collect personal information by lawful means with the knowledge or consent of our customers. The personal information collected is used to respond to inquires, customize current and future offerings, promotions, discounts and to communicate with you. Use is not limited to the following: creating and managing customer’s account, processing transactions.
Disclose, Share, Sell
We do not ever share, sell, trade or rent, any of your information with a third party.
We will take steps to protect your personal information by having security safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized access or loss and theft. Transactions are processed securely. We store personal information until fulfillment of services. No internet transaction is 100% secure, we will make every effort and use current technology to protect your personal information, although we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Sensitive and private data exchange between this Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
